If you can save up your money for something better do it. Between the ads that are sexulized and / or make your phone feel like it has a virus. To the inability to access your camera at quick speeds to see what's going on. Progressively, the app just gets worse every year. It's only been two years, and now my camera the other day was having a problem connecting to the app. I will not be reinvesting in anything that has to do with this app again. Absolutely unbelievably disappointing app and camera. Camera is the "nicest" one I have but is less reliable, lower picture quality, and barely stays connected for more than a day or 2. I've had it for a couple years and it's only been connected maybe a few weeks total out of that time. The app has never refreshed the camera on its own and it's always a 30min ordeal to reconnect the camera. My daughters cheap minion camera and supporting app does all these things without issue... Disappointed

I used to be ok with this app & camera system for being free/no subscription. Now there are so many ads when you open the app that I cannot get to the live feed quickly if I need to. I can no longer watch clips of what movement was detected either. My cameras have a decent picture quality. However, one of my cameras stopped working after 2(ish?) years. I don't think this system is worth it anymore and will be finding a new one.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is an atrocious and ridiculous app. It was advertised as able to function without subscription, but it is not so much h the truth. My cameras have memory cards but this app pretty. u h makes them useless. I would not mind the adds at all if they were not placed before you can see the live feed of the camera, when you hear a noise outside ( the 4 adds one after the other). You already have adds on banners that I don't mind. This is dangerous for some people.

Too many unskippable ads popping up within seconds of opening the app. It’s really frustrating when I need to check live footage urgently, especially during an emergency and I’m forced to sit through ads with no option to close them. By the time the ad ends, the moment has already passed, and I have to rely on playback from the memory card. Pushing users to pay for ad-free just to get instant access makes it feel more like a money-making tool than a safety tool.
