I am only able to access one of the programs I have. the primary program for face yoga will never load. I've had zero access since I signed up. I've emailed multiple times providing all of the info they requested (even though they should have it all with my order number) and they have said they do not offer refunds. However, the product I purchase has effectively not been delivered. The product looks great but it's beyond terrible customer service at this point, it's fraud and theft. Beware!

this app has pretty good exercises,but every 3 months right before I'm set to renew all of my progress keeps getting deleted. I've had to start over at day 1 with basic exercises I've already done. it feels like a money grab honestly . this has happened now 3 times,this last time was the straw though. I was gaslit by an employee when I tried a few weeks ago to log on like usual..and all my data was gone. to expensive to never get to keep your progress, making me start all over again 😲😲😲😲😲🤷

I signed up to do the 28 day challenge and was consistent for 15 days straight. While looking around the app I noticed that it showed days that were missed, when in fact they were COMPLETED 100%. Customer Service was no help. The exercises themselves are no good either. They don't really explain much and the voice is so annoying. Do not buy this app! Edited

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this app. I used it for three months and then believed I had canceled the subscription. I realized today that they've been charging me $40/month for almost a year, but I wasn't aware, because the subscription doesn't show up in Google Play or in their app. When you click 'manage subscription' you just get help results for how to cancel the subscription in the app store. Honestly, this is super shady and messed up. Edited

Edited review- do not purchase. A one month trial was automatically set to recurring without my permission. Furthermore the subscription did not show as active in my play store. They very incredibly deceitful. When I emailed them to rectify this no one responded. I am contesting the charges. Would have be a nice app if the company was honest. Very disappointed. I can already feel my muscles tightening. looking forward to the results Edited
