you guys advertise that if we initiate a withdrawal to our NCwallet, the request is granted instantly, YET my request HASN'T been heated months after!!!! The mining portion is constantly being down as unavailable, get this fixed so that it can be reliable and fulfill withdrawal requests like you used to. App seems to be a scam now. I sent a message to customer support with screenshot as proof of my situation several times. I've been waiting for two transfers for a very long time with no updates. One of them has been processing for over a year and the second one is from May 2025. I paid for boost for the second one as well. Please have someone from the dev team/support get back to me to resolve this, I've been a customer for years and have never dealt with processing times like this.

Withdrawals get stuck in confirmed status forever. Only the first 4-6 payments will go through, to get you to invest more. After that, they get stuck in limbo, after 4 days you reconfirm the transaction and nothing happens. The exception to this is the CT Pool app. Those payments are completed right away. Very frustrating to say the least. Don't waste your money here! Updade: i'm bumping my rating to 3 stars since i received my payments months later. It is still unacceptable though! Edited

Don't buy the boosters; you won't get your money back. *** In response: Following multiple unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue, I contacted you repeatedly to request cancellation due to the service's failure to meet advertised specifications. First withdrawal is quick and easy and after that, you are NEVER going to get your reward no matter how long you wait. I've been waiting for months now and it is still saying processing. If you cancel it and change it to a different account, it'll still be processing for a long time and it's just a waste of your money. I'm gonna make a video about this so hopefully it stops more people from using this useless app and all of it's combined apps
