There is no customer service. I worked for an event and was supposed to be paid in about a week. It's been 30 days and I still haven't been paid and there is no one I can speak to about this issue. Do not work through this app/company as you will not be paid. I correctly sent my invoice and setup my payment info. The app is easy to use from a user perspective, they just don't pay you. Edited
