Nothing beats the convenience of app parking, except free parking. But the app has quite a few quircks. It always logs me out and presents me with an unexpected error when opening the app. Some fields are marked sensitive it seems, autocomplete turns off and 1password offers to save the contents as password, or update the stored account data. There are more of these rough edges, which, after many years should have been fixed long ago.

TERRIBLE! Works almost half the time, the other half it can't connect, can't login, or hangs on the login screen. Gave me quite some trouble not registering the checkout of a parking session so they charged me 100x what it should've been (app froze during the checkout after which the app froze and couldnt login anymore). The terrible helpdesk didn't want to do anything. If you check online this apparently is a common thing. Wish I would've known earlier, can't recommend this to anyone. 0/5 stars

This app is just terrible. i got it cause my bank advertised free sign up. Given it is 2021 i assumed it would send you a phone alert or email or something when you leave the GPS area without stopping your parking. but it doesn't. cost me 70 EUR. super easy tech, and their competitor parkmobile does have it. i uninstalled and switched immediately. don't bother with this until they fix it. Hi Sahan, We do not yet have the right technology to facilitate this in our app. That is why we have started a collaboration with ParkAlert, the ParkAlert button works via Bluetooth low energy. This is currently the most reliable means, more accurate than GPS. We strive to facilitate such a function in our app in the future. ^NK

Had to pay at the park-meter, the payment details has to be fill in agai after update. No more history, no more easy parking. It was so good before now looks more like a google map that you have to be an trained professional to use it. All I had to do before was just to check if the number on the parking of the street matches something in app list. Din not even find an area that has tens of parkmeters same code 🤣 Edited

Stability of the app became better. One thing in the app is not clear: when opening the app you are asked to confirm the location. But the number that is selected is not written, but only visible on the map. The moment you zoom out to get a better picture of where you actually are, a few other location-numbers become visible and you do not know which number the system will chose. So, print the number that will be chosen at the bottom of the screen before asking to confirm it. Edited
