I've been relying on Google Calendar for years. It works well, but I got tired of its limitations. Particularly, the look of the calendar widget. I couldn't make the background white or black... or any other color than a sickly light blue. Unfortunately, there aren't many options for creating the aesthetic you want. To make a long story short, I tried several cal/dav apps before I found one that worked perfectly for me. It's this one. Fossify. Thank you.

I really like the app but there are a few things to get cleaned up before 5 stars. One, the font, for the bottom event filter, is too large and therefore gets cut off. Two, add an option to be able to pick a snooze time, once snooze is hit on the notification panel. Three, birthdays are getting doubled up. it's showing birthdays from contacts, which I want, but also showing birthdays for my default event calendar. The contacts birthdays should be the only ones showing. Please fix

Basic calendar app that works with your phone's local calendars. You can schedule events, set reminders, view monthly, weekly, daily, etc., handle multiple event types, all the usual things you want to use a calendar for on your phone. No ads, no tracking. Since it works on local calendars, you can use another app like DAVx5 to sync with an online service of your choice.

Good calendar. Echoing another comment, a few things break the app experience: By clicking on an event it should open it TO SEE the event, but it is actually always editing it. When the event notification shows up on lock screen, opening it also always edit it, while the purpose is just to open it and thus stop the notification sound. How come such a lack for a so basic function? This app is incomplety made... Such a shame! Edited

Was working great, then it wouldn't populate dates, or add new events. Now it shows nothing, and when I turn on caldav it says there is nothing to synch to. I cant figure it out, cant find anything in faqs, and no response has come from you to help.
