I decided not to install the app because during the initial setup, the app would not accept my chosen password, citing it violated the rule that it can't contain my first or last name. It didn't contain either, not even partially. I lost confidence that the app would be reliable since it got hung up on something so trivial. I needed a rental car for an important work event, I can't trust it to this app nor Enterprise.

Having been an Enterprise customer for many years now I can attest that the app is not great. it's slow, cumbersome when making pickup and dropoff choices, inconsistent, purposelessly redundant, the points use is a nightmare, check-in is useless and most of the hyperlinks to call or contact them don't function at all.

First use ever. I'm only giving this thing 2 stars because I couldn't do the one thing I needed to, which was alert Enterprise to my delayed pickup time AS RECOMMENDED BY THE GUY AT MY DESTINATION ENTERPRISE DESK. The Modify Reservation was buried deeper than it should have been but I finally found it. Then I got an error that I could not make that change through the app, and that I should call. I clicked the Call option and got another systems error so I was stuck. Piece of junk, unreliable.

Generally works well and is easy to follow. Sometimes is a bit glitchy when choosing pick-up & return times. It needs to stop displaying message about after hours return, it blocks the later return times, & is frustrating. It is easy to modify reservations. I also like the notifications to keep us up to date. Edited

Love this app, easiest of all rental car apps in fact should be a road map to logic driven apps that do not challenge the user. They are like ergonomics applied to IT, intuitive. Some work went into this. I have no affiliation to enterprise either, I know it sounds like it. I just like well designed software and so many change theirs to their detriment. I travel alot and very frustrating so if you want to change your, please look at this one.
