flixbus app is so easy to use, change ticket, change seat.learn from them! to edit a ticket, user is taken to a screen where they have to manually enter the ticket number, seat number and coach number, all of which are in a different screen 😂 User has to either memorize those numbers or write them down so they can fill out the form. In this day and age, to make an app this user unfriendly is simply beyond comprehension. This is just ONE example. Edited

Confusing booking. No confirmation email. No details of location to pick up the coaches. Flixbus booking is so much more helpful with confirmation emails with ticket details and invoices. Very disappointing system and service from Rede

Very easy and simple to use, the app works amazing and it's very straightforward. I use the English version of it, by the way, so it's even easy for foreigners who need to purchase bus tickets. The discounts are amazing and I find myself preferring myRNE to any other bus company. Pretty good! My suggestion is to allow to link to Google wallet, but that won't lower my rating. Edited

Amazing discounts if you plan in advance. Even if you buy at last minute's notice, you always get some sort of discount (minimum 1 euro on a 20 euro trip is my factual experience aamof). Through this app and only through this app I've managed to find 20 euro seats being sold as cheap as 6,99. This isn't a fake review or fake advertising. I don't get a cent on writing this. It's just the experience. It's that good, believe me. Well, that's all u have to say: 5 stars! (BTW, use mbway to pay)...

Fast and easy and without any problems so far (12 rides over the last 6 months). Payment with MBway has been seamless, but I haven't tried other payment methods.
