I bought a laptop and had an issue with it and to return it for repair they say it will take maximum 45 days and when asked for a spare laptop to use as is done, they tell me they can only give me a spare if I am Russian. This is very bad and the service was also poor. I spent more than an hour at the service shop for nothing. I think the policies need to be updated to reduce the discrimination.

Однажды я купил электрическую лампу, но с первого дня она работает только если поставить ее на зарядку, если вытащить кабель, то она работает всего несколько секунд. Service is very very bad. I gave printer for repair 3 times but they didn't repair nothing and told me there is no problem but actually there is big problems error 1300/- they didn't resolve . i am tried. Mvideo Smolensk oblast. What i have to do there is also guarantee for 12 months
