This app just blew my mind! My knowledge of technical expertise can be put in a thimble. Rarely have I been able to connect programs without help. May I add I'm 78 this month. Just now, with maybe 3 clicks, the document I was sure I could never print on my own, arrived in my printer tray! I highly recommend this app. It's very user-friendly, and straightforward. I can think of nothing more to say except thank you.

I haven't used my printer in a while and got a new phone so I re-downloaded the app to print & I see they added a new feature which is having to pay for the printer now??? that's whack. I understand they're trying to find a way to make more money but if you're already selling a product, why then try and charge your customers extra just to use the printer? I feel like that's just absurd and made me dislike the product. it was fun while it lasted but not worth paying a month or yearly subscription

It just says "printer not available at this time". It doesn't say why or how to fix it. Both my printer and my phone are on, fully charged/plugged in, paper is stocked, connection to wifi is secure, ink cartridges are full, everything is good to go. But this stupid thing decided that it isn't working.

I searched my printer in the App and got a successful notification asking me to pay for the App, which I did. Now I'm trying to print, and it's just searching, and nothing is found. My first attempts were through my home wifi with both devices signed into it. I also tried to plug in USB to the printer. Both attempts brought the same result, nothing. Edited
