Fairly accurate, but can be difficult in selfie mode. Luckily, able to use a friend and rear camera to make a bit easier. Since the selfie flips for alignment, can be harder to get the card straight and flat on subsequent tries. Kind of important since the card is used for the basis of the measurements. Getting the card straight and flat in the picture, as well as keeping your eyes open as wide as possible (think old Dracula movies) will improve accuracy since you control the outcome.

The measurement was consistent with previous measurements using other methods. It allows you to manually adjust everything, so if it doesn't detect your pupils correctly, you can fix it. I couldn't hold the phone and activate the shutter at the same time with one hand, but there was a 5-second timer button that solved that problem.

Incorrect measurements despite several attempts. Went to a eye doctor for a proper measurement and this app was about 10mm off.. Waste of $8. Also a pain to use when you can't see the app. (While the setup boxes are bright, they are super thin, so when you have to take your glasses off for measurement, you aren't able to easily make out where to line up your head.. maybe make that a little bolder.

After numerous measurements taken with a paper PD ruler my husband and I ended up with different numbers. Then he tried another method that gave us a repeating number, but when you're buying glasses on line you want to be absolute, right!?? We thought the app was worth a try to ease our minds from second guessing ourselves. The app was super easy to use!!! It confirmed our measurement down to the decimal point as well as provided the reading PD. Totally worth every every penny!!

Its just not accurate. I tried it over a dozen times with different results each time. This led me to decide using a ruler and mirror instead, where I found it was around 3 or 4 mm different from all the results from this app. Additionally I later found that several online glasses retailers have a very similar process offered free on their websites. Waste of money.
