It's far from intuitive. It's simply the print magazine in digital form. Getting around the page on a phone requires using two fingers to get the text in a readable format, or sliding around the page to see the photos. I bought an online subscription from çonde Nast years ago -- there been no advance. Frustrating. I'd get the print edition but it's 3-4 times as expensive to ship to another country.... Maybe that's why they aren't focused on improving digital delivery? Edited

I cannot get my account to activate, it simply doesn't work. Customer service said they will "look into it" but with no time frame or idea when it will be fixed. This was meant to be a nice treat to myself and it's become so stressful. They don't provide INSTANT access like they promise on their website. Really poor, wouldn't recommend.

The ability to scroll back through previous editions is great, but PLEASE fix the app. It's clunky, a lot of the content is lost to the top of the screen where it can't be seen. There's a vast white space below each page of content. Please address this - some controls for navigation between pages & articles would also be very welcome.

Terrible app. Tried to register for a subscription. Payment kept failing. Constantly asking for password, then not accepting it. Have given up and bought the magazine in a store.

Impossible to pay for my subscription over the app although the possibility is given for this app. It's the only app that I have had problems with.
