This is such an informative source how ever you like to travel. Besides offering promotions, I like to fly first class and want to stay at 5 star all inclusive resorts. Unable to log in and read digital content. Have been reading FAQs and trading emails with customer service, and remain after 1 month unable to use this app to read digital content. I have a print subscription (US), and am attempting to use my acct number and last name to create an acct, but the website says I either don't have an acct or unable to verify credentials. Is anyone else in the US having trouble with this app? Pretty fed up at this point and will be deleting.

Unable to use with US subscription like all the others here. I enter account number and surname just like I do on their website (where it works) but get rejected every time. All points to it being only for UK accounts like others mentions. Ironic; international travel magazine only works regionally lol.

Account set up with Google account, but app doesn't provide an option to sign in with Google. Sent password reset link and set a password with the same email. I can log into my account on my computer using both Google, or my email and password. I can't log into the app using either. I get an unrecognizable account error.

If you have andriod, you might as well not subscribe to the digital access since you won't get any on your andriod device. Looks like others have said the same thing. No idea how the app is still 3 Star rated.
