Do not subscribe. I have been trying to get access for weeks, their customer service is practically non existent and nobody has been able to help me access the magazine. Their systems continuously issue non sensical emails, everyone has a different theory as to why I can't register. I had to ask for a refund after 4 weeks of being charged. It's a real shame, the magazine in my opinion is spectacular, but it is just one of the most backwards, outdated digital solution I have seen

I had a very successful subscription for one year. All I want is to renew the international digital access. The entire process is frustrating and unworkable. I've tried in the past via Conde Naste but it was impossible as they didn't have international access. Having tried again, my payment has been accepted but required an app download which I don't want. Very annoyed.

Buying the subscription was torturous... Australia was not even listed. Eventually bought it through the UK site. The digital magazine in unreadable for too many reasons to list. Any other access point to stories refuses to recognise my paid subscription....an absolute disaster of a magazine! On top of that? Talk about the Bonfire of the Vanities...is New York the only place that exists? What a joke!. Cancelled my subscription. One year of this neurotic self-absorbed drivel is enough!

Cuts off the top of the page so it's impossible to read the articles in full. Not particularly simple to navigate either.
