Subscribed, paid for a year, then changed devices, from Android to Apple. Unable to move downloads over to new device. No assistance from Google Play or the app, so I lost the entire year’s subscription Edited

The good point is instant accesses after physical magazine subscription. The problem is, it has "add to Scrapbook" function (which allows users to save favourite articles to a single place), but it never work!! (Although it is brilliant idea!!). I really hope this function works properly in the future update.

I paid for 6 months subscription on line and they sent me an e-mail telling me i could also view the magazine on line so i followed the e-mail's instructions and im up and running and because i view off my phone the high definition screen really shows the pages at their best, im happy
