The app is the most useless piece of garbage software I've ever used, I'm literally stuck at the Airport in London trying to change the dates of one of my flights....its been 12 hours and nothing, customer service is trash and unhelpful. All I want to do is to change my flight to an earlier time and go home, is that so much to ask? Instead it's just blank. AND YES I've tried multiple phones. Don't use this if your flights are interrupted by delays, cancelations or anything. Edited

The app just stays on the opening screen. The OTP sign is is also extremely frustrating since it does nlt always work. For 2 days I have been unable to access my profile or open the app. I have reported this and sti waiting for assistance. The old app never had any issues.

My experience with bookings on 28 February was frustrating and terribly dissapointing. Spent half a day trying to secure a flights. Trying to pay within the time limit and then no flight availability. Tried again with a higher priced flights, then my card was not acknowledged x 2. Phoned agent. Flight was cancelled and resent for payment with wrong dates. Thus still no luck with any bookings and prices just go up everytime I go back to book. Thus not happy customers (3 ladies) :-(
