App is constantly hanging. Food ordering on train is not possible, after payment is completed on the secure payment portal and confirmed with the bank, the app just crashes and logs me out. After logging in, the order is thete, but further payment attempts end with mysterious blue error screen. Never again relying on getting any food on this rail service. Why can't one order and pay to the stewards? How can you put this clearly unfinished and untested app as the only way to book services?

The only reason I installed the app was to purchase food on board. But I was unable to add my ticket bought online so I could not order through the app. Since they only accept orders made through the app I stayed hungry for the whole 5hr journey. App design fail and customer care fail when they don't let you order onboard.

someone again pushed an update without testing the app is buggy with errors all over the place, I barely managed to buy a ticket after 5 attempts.. (edit: the driver then told me the ticket is not valid even though it shows up as paid for in the app, had to buy an expensive ticket on the spot..) Edited

In second class, you can't order food without this app and a ticket, and it won't let you add an existing ticket to the app, so the app is useless along with the process to set up a login.

I have been using this company for 25 years. The app serves its purpose. I'm missing some fidelity bonuses though.
