The app is horrendous. It takes forever to load. The functions are extremely limited compared to the desktop version. And if you make changes on the app, often times it doesn't update your reservations. Please improve this, Hostfully. We're losing our patience with your software and are seriously considering changing PMS.

does not load I have uninstalled and installed 4x. No help from hostfully team either.8 finally got I loaded but I cannot use it nothing opens anc my guide book keeps asking me to log in and I5 doesn't recognize the email or password. we pay a lot of money for a product that doesn't work and they don't fix it unless you upgrade your service I have 2 property I already pay too much. I think it time to repost to BBB Edited
