I have no idea who thought two apps would be a good idea instead of one, but this app doesn't appear to connect to the scheduling app. I work in IT and can't get it to work, can't imagine the average person getting this to work. We try the android devices every time, and always have to switch to PC because it never works. Just predatory garbage. Whoever made this should be ashamed.

1. it's ridiculous that it takes one app to schedule, a second app to visit, a third app to write to each other, and a FOURTH app to put money on phone or trust. absolutely ridiculous. 2. i downloaded the visitation apps... the first one does not have the facility I am looking for even though if I go through an online source, I can log in and everything. the second visitation app (this one) is also downloaded, but I can not find it in my phone ANYWHERE. Hopefully using a computer will work.

When I'm on a video visit with my husband On phone the screen automatically turns long ways rotates my camera lens to the side and not upright and My eyes look cross eyed like I'm not looking at him And it's extremely difficult to always have to have earphones I wish the audio was better to where we could hear each other without earphones and without echo I think there's a lot more work to be done here I feel if these things were worked on it would be a better app...I love seeing my husband! Out of about 20 visits and who knows how much money. I have only had 2 full visits and maybe 2 with only a little bit of freezing or breaking up. Usually I have to log off, close the app, restart, then login. and by that time it's been 2 mins out of the 10 or occasional 20 mins i get to visit my loved 1 And even so I usually can see him but he cant see me or we cant hear eachother ... ugh. It's so annoying. I wonder why we dont get compensated with visits. Since time and $$$$ is being lost.

I have had nothing but problems with thus app. I've been cut off with 49 of 50 mins remaining ($20 visit) & can't get reconnected at all. I have emailed when this has happened and never have got a reply back. I have been double charged also. Once when I make the visit, & then again when the visit is over. These visits are expensive anyway and it's even worse to be charged (twice) for something your not even receiving.
