The support feature is broken and so is everything else. Even the web version doesn't function anymore. I count on this service and it has completely broken down, I am concerned they got hacked and are leaking data.

It can be difficult to figure out at first. I didn't like that it charged the amount it did to use it. If you want to avoid paying the fee then set up auto withdrawal from your bank account with ORS. We did and love that we do not have to remember each month to pay child support and hassle with T Touchpay.

Some jerk gets 3% on every payment I make for adding absolutely nothing of value. It would be easier if the state would process their own payments like they do for everything else. But if you're looking at this app, my review doesn't matter because you know you don't have a choice.

It's nice to finally have an option to pay online, however, there is no option for taking funds straight from my bank account in order to avoid a convenience fee. When the option becomes available, a 5-star rating will be given.

Takes way too long for money to clear . I feel if using credit/debit with paying the (fee), it should clear immediately! Other than that it's convenient!!
