They said early morning that they were doing an update. Well, I never had a problem with this app before yesterday. As of 10/20/24, I have so many problems with this app. It allowed me to put in my pin. Got to send one message, then here comes the problem again. It constantly circles and says, wait one moment. Or it won't let me in at all. It does this on and off. We just reconnected, and this is what I get. Fix the buggy app. Don't do any more updates. That's the problem. My credits are gone. Edited

they honestly make things more complicated than they have to. I wanted to closeout one number on my AdvancedPay account so I could add the balance to the other because the one number wasnt approved, but they just kept saying the funds are connected to the number blah blah blah. if it weren't the only way approved to get calls from the state correctional facility, I would delete it.

I can put $$ on for calls and receive them without any issues. However, I don't have the ability to do emails and I was told by a CST svc rep who barely spoke a language I could understand to uninstall and reinstall. I did this a couple times to no avail. Its heartbreaking when they are on lockdown and emails are the only way to communicate and it's a total failure. Edited

This app is full of false advertising! None of the features that you see are actually available, and when you call customer service, you get lied to about the app "updating". The only thing you can do is send and receive messages, if the inmate has credits on their end, because even though it says that you can buy credits for them, you really can't. Oh and according to Customer Service, that's part of the update that apparently is happening in some sort of time paradox, because it's been ages!

This is a HUGE improvement from the website on a phone! But, there still is one very annoying feature. The screen times out WAY too fast or if you change screens and then you lose what you wrote. I'm SERIOUSLY tired of that from the other version. PLEASE set up something to either automatically send it to drafts, like regular email, or allow us to change screens and come back. I just answered a phone call and lost EVERYTHING I wrote. It's an APP for a SMARTPHONE. It's designed to multitask!! Edited
