Pretty terrible. Laggy app, unclear ux (there are two lists of transactions, with different options available per transaction, only one of those can export a confirmation). Clearing notifications (by clicking on them) opens a list of transactions!? Each time it takes about 10 seconds to get back to the notifications list to clear another one.

Since the update, the app is a complete mess. Nothing is intuitive or straightforward. Some useful banking options have been removed. I don't know who the target audiance is for this app. People that use only want to check balance? And even that is abismal, but that was the case even before the update. Usefulness is non existant and the design is just another "modern" garbage.

Utter failure. Missing translations on launch, changed functionality, key features sometimes work, other times not. Banking is something that should be reliable and user friendly, not changed and messed with every couple of months. The fact that the app does not work on older phones is a completely moronic decision. I could go on but I already wasted too much of my time trying to understand NLB and their shenanigans.

A decent app, works fine, but payments made in it are not seen in klik (web) payment archive and the apps export options are bad. I have to send every single payment to my email address and the data I get is a jpg with limited data and not a pdf with every single relevant information, like in klik (web). So every bill paying cycle I have to decide between paying fast and wasting time exporting the bills or paying slower, but exporting fast.

Retardation. I have a One Plus phone, which as some might know uses a very basic default android system. With the recent update they made the app no longer work on my phone because it detects my phone as jailbroken/rooted, while I never once tampered with it. It's just basic by default with no retarded apps. Like this one. Cant access my bank anymore.
