I'm facing a big issue with the camp data system. I'm clearly inside the camp location, where I'm supposed to get unlimited data, but the app still charges my 1 GB outside data. This keeps happening randomly, and sometimes I don't even notice it until all my data is gone. I'm not near the border or anything-I'm fully inside the camp. It feels like the app can't detect my location properly, or there's a serious bug. I tried contacting customer service 5 times, but no luck- couldn't connect Edited

very bad experience with five app I recharge by five app and amount is deducted from my card but it is not reflecting in app and when I called Etisalat they said it's a 3rd party app and they don't have the excess to check what happened and there is no way to call an agent

five is not for recommendable this sim is not eligible for 1 star because I buy a sim 2day working is very good after 2day the service is very third class even I can't able to send Whatsapp msg in all over my area so please don't buy it this only 2day is good service after they give you only wait and wait

I recharged through five app , balance has been deducted but recharge not done after recharged even I received notification on app screen that I received 2 gb free data and then I tried to contact through the help line number but useless
