After the last update, it doesn't allow to login as the same is blocked forcing to change the password which doesn't proceed further after hitting the Submit bottom after entering a new password and confirming it. Issue is continuing for at least 1 full month as on the date of writing this review.

This the first time I experience this kind of app I got message from bank my password but there no login id and I try so many times but I can't and there only you can call there is other option I believe this app need to improve more if you want user here or just remove your trading service so people will not waste there time....

Very poorly designed app. Navigating is cumbersome and not user friendly. In the evenings it normally is down with the error " server down. Contact technical support" with no number or email id...as though everybody is supposed to know mashreq technical support team.

This is the most useless app ever, I have installed it more than 5 days ago and still unable to connect to the app. It gives "Can not connect to the servers, try again later" error every time I am opening the app.

The app hangs and disappears always. Needs more advancement to be user-friendly. Sent email to app support, but no response. Whom to contact as the app hangs after each 3 minutes, and you have to sign in again. Edited
