I opened new business in UAE, and having business account with Mashreq bank. I HAVE SECURITY CONCERNS IN THIS APP. 1. After leaving app it should be logged out automatically or within a short interval. 2. You can't EXIT from the app, unless close it manually. Will be happy to give 5-STARS after these issues fixed.

Worst Application for Bussiness User I have never seen such application with any bank. Mashreq other applications are good but this bussiness application is very difficult. if you login there is no option for payment. you need to logout again and login with pay option better scrap this application.

you are requesting me to reset your password and at the same time the password reset request is not successful you reply that you will proceed with the rest request and someone will contact me within 1 working day but this information is fake ( three requests submitted already to reset the password in the past few days but until now none contacted me 😔😔 Why hall I have to visit your branch for each simple request or simple action like password reset !!

Extremely Slow and Buggy. most of the times throws error saying something went wrong when making a transfer , logging in or event adding a beneficiary. if you manage to get past this then choosing a purpose of transfer will never come as the logo keeps moving to make sure you are not able to transfer any money from the app even if you want to. 😂 pls fix dev team.

KYC update takes weeks, meanwhile previous Business owner continues to have access interim (x number of possible security issues!). Whats worse is representatives keep asking for re-applying KYC which requires OTP sent to previous owner! Significantly lacking in quality of service and speed of service.
