After the App update, I am unable to open it my mobile. I have to uninstall and reinstall just to be able to use it. Pls check what the issue is and have it fixed. Mobile banking is supposed to make it easier for us customers to make transactions with just a few clicks...it is very disappointing 😞 the old app version was manageable but this new/updated version is a such pain to use..

I have been using the Mashreq Bank mobile app for a long time, and unfortunately, there have been frequent issues. The app often faces server downtime or becomes completely unresponsive. suddenly, all my payments and transfer stopped from mobile apps, asking to do mobile registration. mobile device registration is failing consistently and unable to proceed with any payments. customer care support is not help, and then complaints are raised. they simply closed the complaint with status as revolved. very bad experience with customer care and mobile apps.

My account was deducted eight times without my knowledge, and I have yet to receive any proper assistance. I sent a detailed complaint via email but haven’t received a response. I also tried to get help through the website’s chat support, but all I got were automated replies that didn’t resolve anything. I had to lock my card to prevent further unauthorized transactions, which is frustrating because I still need to use it and would have to unlock it again.
