Confusing. Does not work? Received email saying essentially "install app, open and access keys". However after opening app, it demands a key reference. No key reference in email, app, booking or anything I can see. So it did not work?

Needs work. Doesn't always work, is slow to open the room door, and locks you out on your day of checkout before you've checked out. Will not use again.
