I'm trying to open an account using the ADCB Hayyak app, but the passport scanning feature is very frustrating. The camera interface is too small and unresponsive, making it almost impossible to capture a clear scan. It would be much better if you allowed users to enlarge the capture window or upload a passport photo instead. I’ve tried over 10 times without success, and now I’m locked out for 10 minutes due to multiple failed attempts.

I am trying many times to open my account, but am not able to open it. I don't know why, but I felt very bad. After the documents scanned, suddenly, the message shows that we can't proceed with your request. Our representative will contact you. or download new versions that have been updated. Very disappointing 😞 This App needs improvement. & People who are trying to open account should be helped. We all expect better from ADCB. Thanks Edited

It does not load, I just installed it and even restarting my device, it will still not open after the load screen "ADCB Hayyak" on my main phone or my 2nd phone. What is the issue?

This is not functional. All taxation options don't work a technical issue message appears. Terms and conditions not transparent and very confusing.
