The app has not been working and crashing since yeterday. I sent an email and got no response. I lost two days of trading due to this technical failure. Very disappointing.

As informed by your customer service, I visited your office in DFM with my original passport and emirates ID to open a brokerage account. When I reached there,your staff gave me a printed list of many other documents to furnish. I checked with a contact in ADCB regarding this. He said that these additional documents are not required and that I have been mislead by your staff. Why the wrong information? Please don't make it difficult for customers.
