Forces rotation to landscape mode on my Pixel XL, and then all the buttons are cut off and can't be used. UPDATE: 9-1-2024 When opening the app on my Pixel 8 Pro, it rapidly switches between landscape mode and portrait mode and makes the phone impossible to use. Even after uninstall and reinstall it continues to do this. Also occurs regardless of rotation lock setting. I have a screen recording, but this has been an issue for at least a year. Edited

Probably the least feature rich app there could be. The app hasn't skipped a beat on its functions for the 2.5 years I have used it. My review is based on the lack of controls and additions to them, which is essentially temperature control and scheduling. Graphs with data points such as humidity and temperature levels, logs for thermostat adjustments, projected energy consumption, costs and how changes affect them. Let us control all settings of the thermostat. Adjusted rating for dependability. Edited

Usually works well, occasional server issues. Useless "Find Rebates" button. Do they think I shop daily for new appliances? Occasional annoying shopping pop-ups. Outdated app with limited functionality. The ability to schedule the thermostat with Google Calendar would be great. I have a very irrregular work schedule and a set programming schedule does not work for me. Edited

As a previous user of the Sensi app, this one lacks certain features. Sensi has the ability to track usage and display it in graph form, both daily and month to month summary. Sensi also provided a "auto" feature providing switching between heating and cooling based on demand. I feel Honeywell could up their game. Recently the thermostat has lost its WIFI connection. Many attempts to reconnect are short lived. The screen will say it is connected, but the app never does. Fix it, please!!! Edited

Doesn't work. Just flips between landscape and portrait over and over until it crashes. Unusable. edit: 7/16/25 app works now, doesnt flip back and forth between portrait and landscape anymore. But it is now stuck in landscape mode, cant see the buttons to adjust the temp. turning off auto-rotate does nothing, clearing cache and data does nothing, reinstalling does nothing. so still unuseable Edited
