Was great until whatever they did messed up the whole thing and quit allowing me to access my account or even get a password reset request emailed to me because of being forced to download on a different device. It's now pure garbage! I can't use the previous version because the app won't let me. I can't use the new version downloaded on a new device because it won't send me the link to reset my password or even take the current password!!! COMPLETE JUNK!!!! FIX IT!!!!

It's working again. I have my fingers crossed that it stays that way. I found no help online, but a while ago it just stopped working with it giving me a wonderful "Oops" message. My biometric login didn't work. And trying to cancel that and use normal login still failed and seemed to be trying my fingerprint. Uninstall/Reinstall didn't help. I went to my phones settings and in the app turned OFF the "Pause app activity if unused" setting and it seemed to start working. Good Luck! Edited

I tried using the fingerprint login, that I set up when 1st installing. It would not work. It used to work. I had to uninstall then reinstall. Now the fingerprint is working. There was no update or anything so it was mind boggling that it had to be uninstalled & reinstalled for it to work. Holding my breath on it working next month when I try to log in to pay my bill.
