unable to access this app. it says password is incorrect. Although I was able to retrieve the password, it would not allow me to use it or change it.

This new update completely broke the app. It won't let me log in, says that it can't find my account by using address account number or even by scanning the meter.

It use to work great now all I get is "oops something went wrong on our end" well if something went wrong on your end then fix it. I'm obviously not the only person having the same issue.
