2024/12/5: app freezes, laggy, missing data on some days,even from a month or more ago. Difficult to navigate, dashboard data is just three spinning circles, never loads. Fingerprint auth keeps needing to be reset. Error says not optimized for latest android version but I'm on version 12 - two versions down. Previous review- see latest above! Works okay, would be much better if detailed usage data were accessible in the app. Edited

The app was working great until about a week ago. Now, it constantly prompts for biometric login but just loops without letting me log in. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the issue remains. This has made it impossible to access my account. Please fix this bug ASAP! Otherwise, it was a helpful app when it worked properly

Won't log me in. I have had problems with this app for over 3 years. I have trouble logging out, it never remembers me, it's a mess! You would think that as much money as they are receiving for their customers, they could afford to get better results than this! Edited

great when it worked. I was told to download the app by an employee as my disability often has me scrambling when when I remember it's due. paying electronically has been great. unfortunately the app worked for maybe a payment or two and now no longer loads. it's says on the "loading" page which is a father and daughter together and then never allowes you to log in or input anything. now I have to scramble theough the website to pay when the app used to be sooooo much easier & more convenient

There is a known issue that if you change your payment amount and then select your bank or credit card it will change the amount back to the amount they had it as without telling you and when you hit to confirm the payment there is nothing that tells you the amount and it's a one a done payment. Their customer service is horrible. I called in and was told that they couldn't help me and as I was about to cry she was getting mad at me.
