Extremely easy app in which to check how much usage you have up-to-date, file service claims, or initiate service calls. Also it's easy to report outages, specific to your immediate area. you can pay bills and do just about anything else that you could possibly do inside of a store, paying station, or any other venue of payment. also allowing you with many opportunities in ways in which to pay and you can also set up any type of payment arrangement, all from the app.

The app/ online service is garbage. Seems to always have a freaking problem. Log in to make a payment in the app? Please confirm email with a code we sent you, enter code, failed, change email, asked me to confirm with a code. Failed. I just want to pay my damn bill through the app one month without issues! This is an every other month it's something stalling my payment process online.

Don't bother even trying. It won't save your password or use the biometrics login either. It's a Horrible app and I've uninstalled it and will go back to paying through my bank. You'd think with the amount of money they make off of us, they'd get this thing fixed. 🙄 ROYAL. PAIN. TO. TRY. TO. USE!

Horrible. I've been waiting since December for the "Correct" account to reflect on the app. All I get is my old address so I have to call every single time just to make a payment. Word of advice, do not move unless you want your app to NEVER work. Cancel the account first and then add a new address. Otherwise, you are SOL and there is nothing POS's tech support can fix. Trust me, I have tried. Edited

Heavily conflicts with password managers, lots of error message spam, frustrating to get past all the error messages to log in. [Edit] A year later, this is still a problem. [Edit] After multiple years of the app not working well, crashing, conflicting with 2FA and password managers, and not sending outage alerts, I've just uninstalled it and will use the website. This app may as well not exist with how poorly it performs. Edited
