great app! Great to see description of location, pictures, select dates of stay, reserve, communicate with host etc. But you can't filter homes for certain features (like a bidet). But a simple Google search fortunately works for finding what I need. I just wish that it was possible to filter for that feature and other features that people find necessary/desirable in the app.

please stop changing the app every month! I can't keep up. it's so hard to navigate the app when it is constantly changing. why did you get rid of the feature that tells you how much a selected group of days would cost for the traveler and pay for the host? it was a very useful tool for adjusting costs based on market needs and for some reason it's gone. thanks a lot Edited

update 07/25 Uploaded and then had to reinstall because it keeps locking up. I can no longer book from my phone. I hope this gets fixed soon. I've been using Airbnb for 6+ months. Generally love it. Good customer support thru app. However they are constantly changing/updating the app so I have to relarn everything again and it often loses some of its flexibility. This time, the slider scale for $$$ isn't working. I've been told they are working to fix the problem. Edited

It was formerly 10/10, an app I used to book a stay for all my travels. However, the latest update brought it down to simply "usable." Any guest that used the old interface understands, the new design is terrible. But what makes it even worse is the loss of the "categories" feature. Formerly, you could search by various categories: treehouses, amazing views, gaming homes, stargazing, castles, etc. You could find the most amazing and unique homes. With that gone, it lost what made it special.

The app is fairly easy to navigate, except when trying to get in contact with support. In order to get in contact with support, there are so many steps and it's never useful. They request every time that a new ticket be opened and they give you the run around. By the time I was able to get in contact with someone, my issue was closed and given an automated response. Extremely horrible user experience. I would stay away in case your stay doesn't go as planned, you'll never be given help.
