Poor experience with booking. Was looking for rooms with my wife. Only an hour had past and we decided on the room, went back and price had jumped by $200+ a night. Unfortunately they must use dynamic pricing which means you should search your hotel on another site first before using Priceline. Ended up booking directly much cheaper than the app offered. Poor experience all around.

I recently booked a car rental through Priceline, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. The price I was quoted during the reservation process was significantly lower than what I was ultimately charged. I had to pay much more than expected. I could have saved a lot of money reserving through other companies. I immediately reached out to Priceline’s customer support, hoping they would help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I received no meaningful assistance. shame.

BEWARE: SCAMMERS... I booked a car rental on with this company and opted for the insurance coverage. I get to the counter to discover the location requires an airline ticket to rent with a debit card. The counter agent cancels my reservation and says to wait 3-5 business days for the refund. Priceline tells me they can't refund me my money because I didn't call them. So they're refusing to refund my money.

The only service app, which doesn't give you an option to change your account email, in order to do that you need to delete your current account and create a new one... Mmm ok 🤔 "Priceline" doesn't show the extra taxes and fees when you are trying to book a hotel, so what you see initially is not the final price... This is misleading. Other apps like "Expedia" don't have such practices and it's showing the total pricing. Edited

I was satisfied with my booking experience in 2022. however,on 07.17.25 System wasn't showing my past trip 3 years ago. Google sign-in was broken too 07.17.2025 i was locked out. Cleared cookies. Was able to log in on the app after. No trip info. Looked up my trip successfully by my email and phone number, which are known to priceline to begin with when signed in. What a frustrating experience. Edited
