Overall I am having a very bad experience with this. It is lagging, slow performance,for the last couple of days it has shown network issues and doesn't display, though will reinstall and try. here now the app is crashing every time. it's not even an year.

Truly terrible app execution by as big a name as Airtel. Laggy as hell. App updates come, but the lag never improves. 360 pan freezes, only to execute later on, n the frame moves to a different unnecessary spot. No feature additions- same as it was 2 years ago. All this for a paid service tht doesn't even let you flip the video, if not paid. Cozy chair of monopoly. Hope other service providers start providing cloud backup services at competitive prices. Somebody needs to show Airtel the mirror.

Camera getting disabled on its own. which puts things at risk when you are traveling. you can't restart the camera when you are not around. Also the recording is not of 24 hours, it captures video fragments of minutes which makes it even more tough when you want to view the recordings. In case you want to view video for the last one hour you have to move back and forth in the recording list to watch it. You can only watch recordings of the last seven days. You can't trust their cloud services. Edited

The app keeps lagging even in good network. It's been 12 hours since I'm trying to fetch and watch a video from yesterday night. Even when I've fully running speedy network, it lags. Made me frustrated. Can't even look at what is important for me. It is totally waste of my money. Really upset. They should do and look after into ASAP. Edited
