App worked fine up until last week. but now, when I open the app, it automatically closes saying 'App not supported " . My android version is Oxygen os 16, I suspect the application software is not compatible with the latest os version. There are no software updates available on the Play Store too. So, it would be helpful if a compatible updated software update is rolled out asap.

Worst app management I've ever seen. They're giving notifications every minute and sends the otps every second. I've mistakenly added my name , address and they've converted it on postpaid. Tried to connect with on mails plus chat. But they're suggesting to visit airtel store. Like seriously? If you're converting my sim through online why I would go for store again to back it on prepaid???. Update this on priority.

Warning: It is impossible to recharge when you are overseas! You never get the confirmation OTP because the recharging service "ISG" that Airtel uses doesn't properly send OTP SMS when you are roaming! I get other texts, including from Airtel, without problems. But recharging doesn't work. My mobile plan is about to expire and I cannot recharge. Very inconvenient!

Really disappointed with Airtel. The customer care doesn't even bother to help or act like they are listening, they just try to brush everything under the rug. Network didn't work for over 10 days. I called at customer support twice. Gave me a timeline of 15 days, said my bill for that will be compensated. Nor did they just gave me full bill, I kept ringing- support say they highlight it every single time & yet no call ever came to help me. It's not about money, but right service. Edited

I took an Airtel connection, but the service has been very poor. The salesman promised me certain benefits that I did not receive. He said WiFi calling would be available and that I would get unlimited high-speed data. However, WiFi calling does not work, and the data is not truly unlimited. They provide 1000 GB, and after that the speed is reduced to 2 Mbps. Because of this, I want to disconnect the service, but they are not giving me the option to do so. My recommendation is zero.
