One of the best banking applications I've used. It has a great and clear interface, with loads of features. Only problem i have is the fact that for some reason, i get an error when adding an international beneficiary. And when the desired beneficiary is added through the branch, i would still receive an error when i try to transfer the money. Other than that, the application is amazing.

The App on Samsung and Android not working! the App keep logging out when I just log in! There is no vpn on my device and the app is updated. It is a common problem and many people are complaining about this on social media, and no one from the bank has solved the problem. Please, do not tell me to contact by email or by calling, because I already did several times and not solved! Edited

Very bad app. Layout is getting worse. Very difficult to navigate to find what you need to do. Cannot find basic settings. Used to be a good bank and app. Have been using more than 10 years. even worse is customer service almosYou only pray that bank works otherwise you are stuck for many weeks. they close complaints without calling or even asking for Addressing problems. Sadly Try other banks.

really bad app!! crashes all the time and takes forever to login + plus the experience is far from being optimized. The system can change your purchase limit or blocks you from making transfers without any heads-up and you'll have to go through customer service who only wants to get rid of you as soon as possible! very bad experience!! doesn't deserve even one star!! "I have been using this service for the past 6 months for both local and international transactions. Local transfers are processed instantly, while international transactions usually take around 6 to 8 hours to be completed. I'm not sure why there’s a delay, but this has been my consistent experience. Just something to keep in mind." thank u
