I uninstalled this app from my old phone and blocked it. Now, I don't find an option to unblock it and activate it on a new phone. It requires the old phone to reactivate! Edited

Fake app collecting individual's highly sensitive bank details, sadly playstore does nothing to these apps, developer details is alrajhiback instead of alrajhibank, c instead of n, not many people notice it and enter their bank a/c IDs and passwords
