Subject: Complaint Regarding Cancelled Reservation Dear Customer Service, I reserved a pair of Skechers sneakers and extended the reservation by 20 minutes. However, when I returned to complete my purchase, the sneakers had been removed from my cart. I was disappointed because I wasn’t notified that the extension wasn’t valid or that the item could be sold to someone else. I kindly request that the item be made available again at the same price, and I hope you can improve your reservation proces

There is a big problem with the payment feedback. It said that the PayPal payment could not be made, and I needed to choose another way to pay or cancel it. Nevertheless, I cancelled the payment, the full amount was processed. I am waiting now to see what is going on.

I made a purchase of very hard to find stuff on this app. I waited 2 weeks and my parcel was returned back to Zalando because DHL lost my package and no one could answer my questions exactly where my parcel was. zalando customer care was totally not helpful. I then had to fill in forms and get a refund. I was totally unhappy with this. Edited

The app works very well, it'sreliable. You find good deals from great brands. The delivery times are sometimes too long, but within the expected delivery timeframes.
