As work apps go it's functionality. and ease of use are all very good. however this app has one major flaw for me and my Google Pixel 7a phone. Every time (and I do actually mean 100% of the time), I want to use the app I must reset my phone first or it crashes. I've tried Factory Resetting the phone, updating the phone, deleting other apps, clearing the cache, deleting and reinstalling the app, l even sent it back to the manufacturer and no joy. I often miss out on overtime due to this issue.

Really slow to load, get notification about overtime, click the link and just watch the Amazon A-Z splash screen and the rotation circle for a minute before showing no overtime left. Trying to catch the overtime to counter the minimum wage Amazon pays I have loud alerts on notifications, but woken from long shifts with repeated nonsense news. Filled full of bugs. Can't deal with shifts that span two different days, makes booking holidays near impossible. Edited

I'm not sure why, but notifications from this app no longer show the exact shifts that are going to post beforehand. This completely sets one up for failure, and makes it more difficult on days when there are multiple shift postings for different days (all of those days will not post the same times, making it easier to lose out on shifts by choosing the wrong day to get a shift for). This needs to be fixed quickly; as it removes half of the flexibility of the FLEX shifts. Edited

Edit: Glitch is still there. Was hoping it would be fixed or acknowledged but big surprise, it's not. It's gotten a lot better since starting out. Now the only glitch I have is that when there's a drop down and multiple options present, I cannot scroll through the options. It's most visible on the MyVoice board. Edited

it's a good app the downside if you're a flex employee everyone will wait for available shifts and by the time you see the shifts it's all taken and you end up with nothing. If your superior didn't put enough shifts all of you are like vultures ready to click for that shift only to find out that someone is faster than you are in clicking! You end up nothing with no work or hours!!!
