bought 2 boom 2 speakers last xmas. one we configed to be his, one mine, but mostly we listen to Pandora on both in stereo. sound is good, much better than phone (both of us have note 9s). but there's a lot to be desired from the app, programming, and pairing. For example each of us needs to connect to the other's speaker after the initial labeling, can't connect to our own. the tap-skipping features don't work on either speaker. And with these devices, there should be much more. EG:Megaphone Edited

Bluetooth connection in partyup stereo mode has always been glitchy, but since the last update (21Feb2020), it just won't stay connected at all. The visual of the speaker connecting bounces back and forth and you have to terminate the app to stop it. I'm posting this here since it appears there is little or no customer/user support. I have 6 megabooms. All with updated firmware. I can no longer get them paired. I followed the instructions but not working. Maybe you guys need to update your instructions because there is a part that mentions "swipe left from the home screen", but the new version of the app doesn't swipe left. Anyway, I've tried everything possible. I want all 6 speakers to pair in PartyUp mode, but I can't even get 2 of my 6 speakers to pair. HORRIBLE APP. HORRIBLE, JUST HORRIBLE. Edited

update 6/6/25 Man yall gotta fix this app. Great stuff other than the difficulty with the app. Kicks me off and just flat out doesn't cooperate well connecting other speakers. bought 2 more hyperbooms and now they will play for a few minutes then drop speakers at random. one remains playing and it isn't always the active ones the others party up with. power is on but no BT avail. firmware is updated as well as app. major bug fixes need to be addressed. this has been YEARS Edited

I have zero problems with this app and the party up feature. It's great and the speakers are amazing. waterproof and tuff. I do wish they made it so all the speakers could be woke from powered off. Another excellent add would individual speaker volume control from the app!. This is extremely helpful when running a party up with speakers of different sizes. Edited
