Whatever you guys did in your last update broke the app. Critical alerts no longer automatically clear when I resolve them; they still show in the list of active critical alerts. Also, when I click on the critical alert to relink a financial account, it does nothing. I have no clue how I'm supposed to relink it if the button to do so doesn't take me to the page where I can do it. This update is atrocious.

Hate this app. I downloaded it for parental controls but it just doesn't do much. It may block the usage of some specific apps, but very few of them at best. If a certain app isn't on that list, you must know the specific API in order to block it. Its activity tracking is completely inaccurate, as it will show 100+ attempts on apps that are not even/have never been downloaded. It will show that Google search engine was used, but never what the specific search was.

It's ok. Does what it claims, but can be cumbersome to use. Unable to access from my app, just spools and never allows me to log on. Have to open the website to access from my phone, which is annoying. I appreciate the vault and use it regularly. *Update* was able to uninstall and reinstall app for access. Edited

Im getting tired of the app constantly crashing. One minute it's working fine, then it freezes and i have to uninstall & reinstall just to use it again. And then after all that...you guessed it...it freezes! The only thing that's more useless is the customer service; which is just an AI that tells you to re-download the app instead of fixing anything. I know there's something better out there & once i find it im done with this garbage!
