When it works, it's fine. When anything happens, like you need to sign in again and it doesn't send the code to your phone number, or you accidentally press the pause button on all the devices (which includes your own that has the app) it's super annoying to not have a way to sign into your account except through the app.

maybe the app just isn't user friendly enough, but signing up my kids for codeforkids website, the circle app is filtering it out. I look at the filter list and I see certain apps filtered, I add the site to custom filter for allow, no change. I change her to adult, no change. I keep her all and allow every single app listed, no change. I restart the router, clear the cache, no change. The website is filter and I cannot see why. Paid service, but no phone number or live person for chat.

3/1/2025 - The app has reset itself and act like i do not have a subscription. I emailed their support about this. Four days since, and i have not heard back from anyone regarding this issue. I think it is time to dump this app. This app is such a pain to setup, and every few months it reverts to a non premium app. When that happens the app has to be deleted and reinstalled. And then you need to setup everything again. With three kids and over 40 devices connected to wifi, it is a royal pain. Edited

Subscribed in 2019. The first year was great. For some reason, over the last 6 months to a year, there would be random connection issues. The newest issue, it doesn't turn the wifi back on/off when it's supposed to. I have to unplug the modem for it to register. I reset my app, and now it can't find my modem. Canceled my subscription.

Overall, I've appreciated the app. However, it will periodically be "unable to find circle" and that issue is becoming more frequent! I've taken time to reboot my wifi... restart my phone... check for updates... swap from my 2g wifi to the 5g wifi (or vice versa). One of my children has a new device and I can't get into my app to update that profile!
