Looks like they only take care of Apple devices as the app notifies immediately on iOS but if I disable battery optimization it's still delayed and garbage on Android. They need to invest in both OSs. Sluggish review and response on the app. Sometimes doesn't connect on both OSs. Not a friendly UI at all.

I will preface this by saying I install Avigilon equipment for a living. Overall, the products are of good quality. The cameras, servers, desktop software.. all relatively good at what they need to do. We sell a lot of them, so that's a testament to the fact it's overall a quality system. HOWEVER... This is hands-down one of the worst apps I've ever had to deal with. As a technician who has to help people deal with this... it's incredibly frustrating. Do better, fix your product.

Have used this app for 3 years without any issues. March 4. 2023 opened the app and I got a login page. It would not accept my information. Said all my curdentials were all invalid. On February 25 my phone did an automatic upgrade. It now looks like Android 13 is running. Some posts here mention Android 13 as the problem. This is the only app that does not work. Spent several hours with tech support last night with no success. It still keeps crashing. If you go to settings in the app it crash Edited

This app is quite frankly pretty bad, but that could be related to the avigilon cloud service and not the apps fault? The app is not really intuitive and difficult to navigate. The avigilon servers that we have connected don't all show up in the app but they might sometimes. No rhyme or reason and no feedback as to why they aren't there this time. It does not stay connected to the server or servers that do show up and I haven't been able to find a refresh or reconnect capability. Make it better.

Using this for business, mainly to open vehicle gates for visitors when not in the office. It's is delayed terribly. When a visitor presses the button on the gate, it may be 10 minutes or more before the phone gets that signal and alerts that someone is there. Good phone signal, cameras show up fine. But the alert signal is horribly slow to come up.
