Great app to accompany the board game i just bought! So far it has everything i ever need. No more need to do any of the calculations, write or erase on the paper sheets. Everything digitalized and actions are intuitively designed to work with the game. Also supports fast track - which is missing in other helper apps I tried. Also has quick tutorial doc. The ads displayed is quite minimal and does not impact my use at all. Does not support options in CASHFLOW 202 tho. But i play 101 now. Edited

The app does not deduct your payments from your mortgage or loans when you use the payday option. All it does is add money to your savings. On top of that, there is no option to make extra payments on any of your debts. This is highly inaccurate to how things work in real life and fails to teach proper money management. It does a good job at adding the money to your in-game savings, but that is all day one in a programming class. It does not go beyond a simple scope of money management and fails

Hi Jacob, payments are deducted on payday as expense - please check the numbers. Also it is not a real-life app, but a game helper (see store description). It accompanies CASHFLOW 101 board game: extra payment is not part of game design itself except bank loans, but you can pay off entire debt per game manual. We don't own nor designed the game.

Makes the game fun and easy to calculate so that you can focus on the lessons of the game

Great, superb income and balance sheet to accompany the quest of getting out of the rat race.

easy to use but I really wish the assets (houses, apartments, stocks, etc) were loaded in the game. It was annoying to have to enter everything manually. Having an easy search function based on the card title would be great!

Hi, in latest versions we have added Small/Big Deals cards. Note that they are for game editions 1996-2002 and 2020, and there is a slight chance that other editions have some extra (let us know!). For market events however, it is faster to do in our original approach (can access from balance sheet items directly) with fewer inputs needed. Cheers!
