Testing this app. The idea is great, a bit like Gardenize, too high $$ now for what it does, for features I never use. All I need is keeping track of what I have in my garden and where to find it. Why can't you add your own plant pictures? I, have plants that are often more rare to find in the trade or not existent anymore in the trade, I also get interesting variations in seedling, so getting only nursery pictures is not good enough for me. Please add this feature and I am on board.

Hi Isabell - we just released the ability for you to add your own plant pictures! If you go to your Yard, choose a Zone and a Plant, you will see the camera icon at the top left corner of the primary plant image. You can edit any image you add to PlantTAGG from 'My Gallery' in the main menu. We also just release the 'My Plant Notes' feature too!

The PlantTAGG app is fun and easy to use! I needed an app that would guide me and give me reminders for all the various care different plants in my garden need at different times of the year. This app does that. The Thrive scorecard is my favorite feature, rewarding you with green happy faces if you give your plants the right light and water conditions. The app team is amazingly responsive, open to feedback and eager to add plants to their already extensive database.

I reviewed this app 2 years ago and I still love it. I love how I can keep track of my plants. It was an amazing app . I had problems getting in after the update, My concerns were addressed promptly both here and in an email. Thank you! Edited

Unique information but several issues. AI art and UI give a cheap, janky feel. Intimidating to set up because it requests so much specific personal information when more ambiguous location data should suffice. Difficult to get to the "thrive score" which is a primary feature and information I would want before committing the plant to my garden.

Hi Savannah - thanks for the feedback. We are finalizing a new version which should be live in the next couple days that is exactly what you describe as a streamlined way of getting a user's location. There is also streamlined zone setup and the list of plants from a search will be sorted in order of popularity, making selecting plants easier.
