The calendar is terrible at showing booked dates, it shows dates as one day not one night, if you made message templates with photos it won't send your photos, only text. You also won't be able to see how many guests will arrive, it doesn't show the number of guests. You also won't be able to find many other buttons like cancellation fee waiver. I don't know what was the problem to make everything look like on pc version, you guys should have chosen another app designer

It was working well for the last 3 years but with the latest update it is terrible. Even though I have all the push notifications enabled, I am not seeing them and it is a disaster. I'm slow to respond. I've suffered at least two cancellations this week because of it. Big problem. I can't be checking my app constantly. I hope they fix this soon! Edited

Terrible update that fixes non of the existing issues. It's impossible to manage the property on the go. The 2 step verification is triggered every single time you click on a button to a new page. You are required to reauthentificate several times per session and worse, you never receive the code, rendering it literally impossible to do anything on the app. Absolutely useless and time consuming. You can of course call their incompetent support but when you are roaming, it can be very expensive.

It's was good a few months ago now it's not. I have to log in every time and now I can't log in with my phone because they want to send the special verification code and when I select text message I don't get that anymore. They actually call with an automated service which gives me the code. I can't put the code in cause the call interrupted my screen with pulse when I try to select it the verification code space is gone!

Useful app for it's purposes. however, there's still too many issues and they're slow to resolve them. Message notifications sometimes take hours to pop up, which affects response times for guest requests. The app shows messages as "unread" long after they've been read, responded to, and marked as "no response needed". Calendar takes too long to sync with other similar apps (risk of double bookings). Still no direct message button to reach customer service. Booking payouts still hard to follow.
