App is smooth but offers no customisation of the settings users want and need. There is no way for the buds to remember the mode you want them set to, they automatically go to noise cancelation and its annoying to constantly have to switch out of it. Also app fails to give option for auto-sleep mode. A real settings option would be appriciated.

every 10 minutes the buds turn off. it's a sleep mode to save power. it's awful and the worst thing is no way to adjust this in the app. . . Another problem is when you take a bud out of your ear, it changes the ANC mode automatically to Aware. I don't ever want this mode. I set it to Quiet and I want it to stay that way. Edited

the options to change sound or enable certain settings are cool, but this app has HORRENDOUS connection issues with earbuds themselves, the voice commands advertised are basically useless unless I actively have the app open and half the time when I try to select my earbuds on the app it gives me an error. if this was a 20 dollar pair of earbuds I'd understand but I paid nearly $200 for these, I expect quality and got mediocrity.

The app is fine BUT there is no way to turn off the voice prompts telling me the battery of the buds, when I change the noise control, when my buds are low battery, and lots of other important things!!! When I try to search up a solution to this, it only gives me recommendations for the other Bose app, which don't have the same settings!!!! I really wish there would be an update on the apps and the buds because these are great earphones!

These are the nicest ear buds I've ever owned. I typically don't put much money into accessories since they don't seem to last or they get lost, but I received these as a gift and I'm enjoying the immersive experience. This app controls everything. The nose reduction is amazing. Great voice and tap control make this even better. I highly recommend the app and the buds.
